Her background includes customer service, relationship building, communication, problem solving and organisational support. She has developed strong skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, negotiation, documentation and team working.
At The Mind Traverse, Aleena looks after appointments, enquiries, payments, client onboarding and administration. She is often the first point of contact for people considering support and helps clients connect with the right member of the team.
Her educational background includes a Diploma in Healthcare Assistant, a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and earlier school education. She brings together her people focused communication skills and practical organisation to help clients navigate the process of accessing support.
