Muhammed Arshad is a Career Counsellor, Student Success Strategist and Higher Education Expert with more than 10 years of experience in student mentoring, career guidance and academic pathway planning.
He has mentored more than 7,500 students and impacted over 10,000 learners across India and the GCC. His work spans career clarity, psychometric career mapping, stream and course selection, higher education pathways across India, the GCC and international destinations, study abroad guidance and parent counselling.
Arshad has served as a Career Counsellor at PEPP Learning in Calicut and as an Academic Coordinator and Career Counsellor at Nilgiri College of Arts & Science, alongside experience as an Assistant Professor in Psychology, Commerce and Management. He currently serves as Senior Career Counsellor at Zeal International in Riyadh, focusing on personalised career guidance, higher education planning, university selection and international education pathways.
He is professionally certified in Career Development and Counselling through the National Career Development Association and CDA, USA. He is a PhD Scholar in Educational Psychology. His work brings together educational psychology, career development, student decision making, academic planning and higher education opportunities to help students and families make informed decisions aligned with their abilities, interests, aspirations and long term goals.
